Reading v QPR

Last updated : 15 March 2010 By BBC Sport

QPR's on-loan striker Marcus Bent will miss out again unless manager Neil Warnock decides to leave out another of the club's six loanees.

League rules mean Warnock can only include five of them in his squad.

MATCH PREVIEW

Neil Warnock, unbeaten as QPR manager, takes Rangers to the Madejski Stadium - where they are yet to win and will face the Championship's most in-form side.

Warnock has led his new team to two wins and a draw since taking over as R's boss, while Brian McDermott has turned Reading's fortunes around since being installed as their manager on a permanent basis.

Under McDermott, the Royals have won their last three league matches and seven of their last eight. That run has lifted them from next-to-bottom of the table to 16th, and six points clear of the relegation zone.

Reading's vastly improved home form has been the key to their transformation. It took them until November to record a home victory - now they are aiming for their sixth in the row.
