QPR chief executive David Davies has wished Kenny Jackett the very best of luck as he prepares to take over as boss of Division Three side Swansea.

Jackett is set to leave his role as QPR assistant manager to take over at the Vetch Field on Monday.

"Kenny's honest and wants to be a boss in his own right and we appreciate his desire to do this job," said Davies.

"We owe him for the hard work he's put in and wish him the best of luck," he told the club's official website.
