Queens Park Rangers boss Ian Holloway has insisted that he will resist offers from other clubs for his top players at Loftus Road.

The former Bristol Rovers manager made his intentions clear, despite last week's admission by R's chief executive David Davies that the club may need to sell in order to ease their current financial situation unless new investors are found to help the West London outfit.

Holloway admitted to not receiving any offers for his players and believes there is some jealousy towards QPR's success this season.

"We've had no offers for any of our players. We're all working positively to move forward," Holloway told the Evening Standard.

"Some people are starting rumours and it can only be jealous people who are after our players. More pity for them, they should've signed them earlier."
