The Loftus Road outfit scooped 13 points from 15 in November and are a point clear of Plymouth at the top of the table.
Holloway said: "It has been a very big month for the club and this time last year we could not win a game in November."
"It is a very tight division with only 10 points separating the top 14 positions.
"We have only lost twice in 20 league games and we will continue to work hard to get where we want to be."
