Ian Holloway has unveiled the names that will make-up the new look coaching structure that will begin its pre-season preparations this Monday.

Following Kenny Jackett’s departure to manage Swansea at the end of last season, Ollie saw it as the perfect moment to reshuffle his backroom staff and appoint three specialist coaches for next season.

Former Rangers striker Gary Penrice is the Club's new forward’s coach as was first revealed by QPR MAD back in early June. Gary Waddock steps up from his role as the head of the Centre of Excellence to take the midfielders and Reserve Team Manager Tim Breacker becomes the QPR Defensive coach.

The Club have also moved quickly to fill Waddock's role in the youth set up, with the return of a familiar name to Loftus Road. The new Centre of Excellence Director will be former Assistant Manager to Gerry Francis, Des Bulpin.

Bulpin returns for his third spell at the Club in a coaching career that has also taken him to Tottenham Hotspur, Stockport County and Bristol Rovers.

A hugely experienced football man, Bulpin will be charged with the task of bringing through the next generation of Rangers players.

Breacker, Penrice and Waddock will all take up their roles for the start of pre-season training on Monday morning having discussed issues, training programmes and fitness requirements with the boss.
