No complaints from Hoops boss

QPR manager Neil Warnock had no complaints after his side were turfed out of the Carling Cup with a 3-1 first-round defeat against Port Vale. Two goals from Vale striker Justin Richards and one from Sean Rigg ensured a big shock in soggy west London and although substitute Antonio German's angled drive went in off both posts with half an hour remaining, Vale held out for a famous win. Warnock said: "Goals change games. Leon Clarke had a good chance for us early on and if he'd scored then it might have been a different game. "Vale then put two away and good luck to them. They deserved it. "I've got no complaints. I can't even blame the referee. I'm pleased for Micky Adams. He deserves it and I hope Port Vale get a good draw in the next round. "I've always hated this competition, if I'm honest. I've had some good runs in it, but the first round is always the worst."
