QPR got their pre-season tour of the west country off to an emphatic start with an 8-0 win over Tavistock. Akos Buszaky scored twice, his first coming after just 12 seconds, and Hogan Ephraim also grabbed a brace to add to further goals from Clint Hill, Jamie Mackie, Josh Parker and Alejandro Faurlin. "Overall, everyone got at least 45 minutes under their belts and we scored a few good goals to send the fans home happy," said manager Neil Warnock. "I was quite pleased with all departments, it was a very good work-out."
