Holloway to plead guilty

Holloway was furious with referee George Cain's decision to show the red card to Richard Pacquette during the 1-1 draw at Cardiff last month. But despite apologising for his conduct, he will accept his punishment.

Holloway said: "The refereeing was very one-sided but I will take my medicine. I got incensed and said one or two swear words I'm not allowed to say.

It's ironic you can get sworn at and intimidated all day and if you show emotion you're in trouble. I'm pleading guilty and I have apologised to the referee. But football is about passion and the day I don't care is the day I give up."
