"I want that pressure. That is why I signed for QPR," said Delaney.
"And I want to expect to win every week," added the 26-year-old.
"Organisation is something we perhaps lacked last year, hopefully Iain Dowie can bring us that.
"We have the players, we have shown the skill and we just have to win games."
