Busy day on the transfer front

Next stop England?
The 19-year-old, who has yet to make an appearance for Arsenal's team, has represented England at U-19 level and should hopefully add some much needed width to the QPR side.

Going out on loan is Nikki Bull, on a month's deal with Conference side Woking. This comes after the news that Fraser Digby will not miss the rest of the season through injury, and should be back for Saturday's match at Tranmere.

Meanwhile Justin Cochrane has joined Bournemouth on trial whilst the transfer of Peter Crouch from Portsmouth to Aston Villa has finally been completed — for a cool £5million, plus more based on appearances. QPR should benefit from this by at least £500,000 — dependent on what size sell-on fee was agreed when he left QPR.

More on this story tomorrow.
