Bean To Blackpool

Last updated : 20 January 2006 By Mark O' Haire
Bean is due to complete a permanent deal on Monday but has signed on loan to be eligible of playing for the Tangerines against Bristol City this weekend. Bean made 66 appearances for Rangers after coming through the youth structure at Loftus Road but has never fully broken into the first team. He had a successful loan spell at Swansea earlier in the season which caught the eye of the Blackpool officials and as Ian Holloway made Bean open for transfer, the north-west club were first at the door to enquire. The official website has said that no fee will be paid by Blackpool but the R's have inserted a sell-on clause into Bean's contract. QPR MAD would like to wish Marcus the best of luck with his new team.
