Reserves beaten by Reading

Tim Breacker's reserve team suffered a Pontins Holiday Combination defeat at the hands of Reading at Northwood yesterday evening.
The visitors scored three unanswered goals and Rangers' disappointment was compounded by a penalty miss by Eric Sabin.
Nethertheless, Breacker was able to take positives from a game which saw Rangers field two trialists and a host of youngsters.
"Reading were just a little bit fitter, stronger and more technically able to dominate. But this was a young team and for long periods in the first half we matched them in terms of chances created."
Reading went a goal up after only 10 minutes, but should have been pegged back when the home side missed from the spot midway through the first half. The visitors went in at the break a goal to the good and in the second period the Royals took control and as Tim Breacker admitted, deserved the victory.
"At 2-0 I thought we had a good claim for a penalty turned down, but to be honest we were holding on once they scored a third.
These are young players who had a go and hopefully they will continue to learn from playing more experienced teams like this."
Rangers: Culkin, Edghill, Halls, Carragher, Johnson, Bean, Mills (Coke), Lewis (Farr), Oli (Sylvester), Pacquette, Sabin
