Two Points Dropped

Rangers, without doubt, had enough goalscoring opportunities to have won the game but found the visitors goalkeeper Julian Speroni in sparkling form.

The draw did, however, lift Rangers up the table and into a promotion play-off place.

"We were at home so it is two points dropped," Magilton said after the 1-1 draw at Loftus Road on Tuesday night.

"You look at the amount of chances we created, and we've had a string of games when we converted those chances, so we could have been out of sight by half-time.

"Sometimes you rue missed chances and tonight was one of those games. And then the keeper has kept them in it.

"There are so many positives to take from the game but we've just got to probably be a little bit more ruthless and a little bit more determined because we know that the opposition, especially Crystal Palace, have a certain way of playing.

"Maybe just a little bit more bravery on the ball but I can't fault them really."
