Hinckley pulled one back late on in a game that saw the return to action also of Gareth Ainsworth and Dominic Shimmin.
"It was vastly important for the likes of Furs, Gaz and Dominic to get some action and thankfully they all came through unscathed," said coach Richard Hill.
"Furs took his goal well and his positional play was second to none. On another day he would have scored four or five, but the fact he was getting in good positions is ever so important for a striker."
