The west London club are in the process of recruiting a new boss following the resignation of Harry Redknapp on Tuesday, with Tim Sherwood the early frontrunner.
However, with no specific timescale in place for the appointment, it was business as usual at the Hoops' Harlington base on Thursday morning as Ramsey, Bond and goalkeeping coach Kevin Hitchcock took charge of training for the first time since the new backroom restructuring, which included Les Ferdinand being named director of football.
Former England under-20 coach Ramsey - who only came to QPR in late October last year following a decade at Tottenham and was working with the Academy - insists this is now a fresh start for everyone at the club as they look to pull clear of the Barclays Premier League relegation zone starting at home to Southampton on Saturday.
"From the point of view that we had a manager of great stature before, I think we are going to have to maintain some of the things he did, but I will also be myself and implement my own ideas," Ramsey said on the club's official website.
"I haven't got the personal relationships with the players that the last manager had, but it is an opportunity now for everyone to show what they can do.
"It is all hands to the pump, it is a clean slate and everyone who is fit and available will be in contention for a place.
"I believe we have got more than enough talent here to see ourselves safe between now and the end of the season."
Ramsey added: "It is important to utilise the whole club to get us above that relegation zone between now and the end of the season.
"If there are positions we need to fill, or there are injuries, or there are people showing good form in the under-21s - then they will get a chance if we believe they are ready."
Ramsey paid tribute to the work of Redknapp, who is set to take some time away from football as he undergoes knee surgery.
"It is always a loss for a club and the Premier League for that matter when you lose a manager of Harry's stature," said the former Brighton and Swindon defender, who played in the 1983 FA Cup final against Manchester United at Wembley.
"I am sure Harry will be back in another guise somewhere else in the future, because he has so much to offer the game.
"From a personal point of view though, of course I am excited.
"Obviously I wish the circumstances were different, but I am happy the board have put their trust in me and Kevin to take on the role for however long they see fit."
As part of the changes behind the scenes, both Joe Jordan and Glenn Hoddle have followed Redknapp out of QPR.
Vice-chairman Amit Bhatia admits the club cannot afford to "leave ourselves in a position of uncertainty" as they battle to get the results needed to stay up - which will include a dramatic improvement away from Loftus Road, with only one point on their travels so far.
Derby County manager Steve McClaren and Real Madrid assistant boss Paul Clement are also said to be on the club's shortlist.
For the meantime, though, Ramsey will get on with the job in hand.
"I am just taking it day by day
I am just an employee of the club," he said.
"I will be working tonight in the Academy, making sure some of the meetings I have set up are still adhered to.
"However long they want me to do this role, I will do it and give absolutely everything."
