Flo is available on a free transfer from Italian Seria A side Sienna after two years and wants to move back to England were his family are based.
The Norwegian forward played for Chelsea, Sunderland and Glasgow Rangers in a largely successful spell in the U.K. before moving to Italy.
Power admitted that Flo is talking to Rangers after flying over from Italy. He said:
“Tore has flown over from Italy for talks with us.
“Nothing has been decided but it is an exciting prospect if a deal can be struck.”
