Olly remaining positive

Ian Holloway was remaining positive following his sides 3-3 draw with Notts County at Meadow Lane, choosing to see the result as a point gained rather than two points lost.
In a game where Rangers twice held the lead, Holloway's men then had to come from behind to take a share of the points.
Rangers had fallen behind in the second half after Clarke Carlisle was adjudged to have fouled Paul Heffernan in the penalty box. Heffernan converted the spot kick to claim his hatrick, and give the Magpies the lead.
However, Rangers were not to leave empty handed, with Kevin Gallen's glancing header in extra time earning the visitors a draw.
And, given that the home side seemed to have an answer for Rangers whenever the question was asked, the Rangers manager was pleased that his side was able to take the game to the wire and earn another important away point.
"It was an exciting game for Boxing Day. I would have preferred to have finished one ahead, considering where they were in the league at the start of the day.
"However, in life you can only judge yourself on where you are on the day. Not before or after. Judging Notts on their performance today, they shouldn't be where they are.
"Whether or not that was a penalty, that will be interesting to see.
"And the last goal came from loosing the ball up front - and that's where defending starts."
And speaking on the issue of player transfers, Holloway said he had been encouraged when discussing the issue with his squad, who have all shown their commitment to the club and the vision that the Rangers manager has instilled in his players.
"None of them are going anywhere and we got that sorted today.
"There has been a lot said in the Press and we've stamped that out.
"We only had the bare 16 today we'd like to have made two loan signings but it didn't happen for one reason or another - so the lads know they have to dig in. I'm not going to let this fall down.
"I'm delighted with the club I'm delighted with the badge, and I'm proud of what is going on at Rangers.
