Olly blasts complacent R's

Ian Holloway was frustrated following his sides third straight away defeat, having fallen at the hands of relegation threatened Chesterfield.
The Rangers Boss saw his side level the scores having relinquished the lead to the Spireites, only to again go behind, before the home side rounded off the scoring with a fourth - with 10 minutes still on the clock.
Holloway was not hiding his frustration after the game, having sounded his disappointment to his players, and then the press.
"I've got to knock that horrible smell out of my boys, because they smell of complacency. I expect my team to have more fight than that - maybe some of them are a bit big for their boots.
"We got ourselves in front and we looked like we thought that was it.
"Some of our marking and some of our set pieces were a joke. We could not have practised them any more."
And the Rangers Boss was mindful of the great support Rangers fans have shown this season, which had again travelled in numbers to Chesterfield.
"Again, I feel sorry for those who turned up and stood in the rain.
"As for the team - I'm going to have to freshen it up a bit. Some of the players' early season form seems to have deserted them. I didn't like what I saw today."
