Wolverhampton Wanderers are this week seeking permission from the Rangers board to speak to Ian Holloway.
Wolves are still without a manager having sacked Dave Jones a fortnight ago and Ollie is high up on the list of Midlands’ club’s wanted list.
Gary Megson, Glenn Hoddle, Micky Adams and Gerard Houiller are said to make up the other candidates.
