Ollie believes

Ian Holloway believes that Rangers are destined to be promoted.

Speaking to QPR World, a confident Boss said he believes 'things
happen for a reason' and that, despite the ongoing tension, he is
certain that Rangers will do it.

There was an air of concern around the Club when news of Plymouth's
midweek defeat at Bristol City came through.

Yet as far as Ollie is concerned, this result could work in Rangers'
favour and he is looking forward to the final weeks of the season.

"I've said all along that I want to catch Plymouth and Bristol City
have opened the door on them.

"It's still there, we're five points off them and four straight wins
would probably seal the title."

And if the Superhoops are to pick up maximum points, as the Manager
hopes, they must first overcome Stockport.

Thoughts may already be turning to the big one at Plymouth next
weekend, but as far as he is concerned, there is only one game that
matters now.

"Every single game becomes the pinpoint of your focus and we have to
try and beat Stockport.

"We have to put all other games out of our mind and deal with the
process that gets you results.

"We have to stop the delivery - get people in their faces. We know
it's going to be difficult, but these players could become part of
history."

And Ollie was soon reiterating his belief, once again, that 2003/04
will be Rangers' season.

"I believe we will do it. It will take some bravery and some mental
toughness, but I'm totally convinced that this will be our year.

"We've got a mini-season here, we're one of three teams who could go
up automatically. We've put ourselves in a situation where our fate is
in our own hands and we've got to go out there and do it.

"It won't be easy, but we need to keep going and keep believing."

Ollie also had a word for the fans, who he believes have played a
massive role in Rangers' successes at Loftus Road this season.

He knows that their contribution matters a great deal and he is hoping
for more of the same this weekend.

"The supporters have been tremendous. Teams that come here are
terrified and we don't want our team freezing - we want them freezing
because of the noise that this place makes.

"I'm so proud of this club and the way the fans have got behind us is
something I'll never forget as long as I live.

"Some things are meant to be and I just believe that things happen for
a reason. We're going to go up - it's as simple as that."
