LANGLEY LINKED...AGAIN!

Last updated : 17 June 2005 By Mark O' Haire
Following reports from various sources (including QPR MAD), it does now seem likely that Richard Langley WILL return to Rangers this summer.

Cardiff City who bought the player for £250,000 from Rangers back in August 2003 are reportedly £30million in debt, they still owe the R’s money from the original transfer and Langley an appearance bonus.

However, after fresh talks between the clubs’s the money owed by the Bluebirds will be written off and no transfer fee paid for the Jamaican international (reportedly on £7,000 a week). MAD-RUMOUR-RATING: 9/10 It’s just another of the many reports linking Langley with a return to Rangers. Ollie has already expressed his interest in bringing him back to the club and the midfield does need to be strengthened, a probable deal will be concluded some time this summer.

Elsewhere, today’s Sun reports that Rangers are chasing Greek defender Geogious Kryriazis, a 25-year old centre-half playing his trade in seria B with Arezzo.

Not much is known about the 6ft 2 former Greek U-21 but his side Arezzo finished 14th in Italy’s second tier after being promoted from C1 the year before. MAD-RUMOUR-RATING: 3/10 Nothing is known on the player or why were trying to sign him. We have just signed a strong, young centre-half and it’s doubtful were after another. Probably linked through the Gianni Paladini contacts and at the moment an unlikely signing.

QPR MAD will bring you up-do-date news on all player’s being linked with the club as and when we hear it.
