If it’s any consolation, Football League Extra is continuing on ITV on Monday and Tuesday nights, as well as Goals Extra at just after 5.00pm each Saturday.
If you are able to receive and subscribe to the ITV Sport Channel, it will be a different matter. It will be showing 80 live games from the Nationwide Leagues, all 157 games from the UEFA Champions League (including 40 live matches), as well as 15 live Worthington Cup games.
But what about QPR? Each Sunday at 11.15am and 3.45pm, ‘Football Second’ will show highlights from one of Saturday’s Division 2 games, along with all the goals from the other matches. QPR get a first taste of live action on Thursday 30th August, when Bristol City visit Loftus Road.
